Spotlight, United States

Credico is a well-known global outsourced sales company. With offices in Canada, the United States, United Kingdom, and South Africa, Credico shares the success of this great organization with our team. We are fortunate to be comprised of an impressive, dedicated, capable team of deeply committed, skilled, and inspiring people who choose to lend their talents to our purpose every day. Like most Employee Spotlight campaigns, the goal is to highlight a team member for who they are and what they do. However, our goal is a little different; we’d like to share the global stage with people who call Credico their work home.

Our next featured employee is Jonathon Bradford, Account Manager at Credico (USA) LLC. We discuss the power of Credico staff to influence change, the satisfaction of a busy day, and new perspectives that come from a love of learning.

What do you do at our company?
I am an Account Manager on a nationwide telecommunications campaign.

What brought you to want to work at Credico?
During the pandemic, I worked for a major retailer. Credico’s former HR Director found me on LinkedIn and reached out to me to see if I would be interested in a position within the Onboarding Department. The job was to fill a French-speaking need for Credico’s marketing campaigns at the time.

How long have you worked at Credico?
In January 2025, I will have worked at Credico for three years.

What has been your favorite project so far?
My favorite project thus far is the campaign I’m currently working on for a nationwide telecom partner. Over the past year and five months, I have had the opportunity to greatly expand my knowledge and understanding of campaign and project management while working with some really awesome people.

Can you take us through a day in the life for you at Credico?
My day varies from day to day. The campaign brings a lot of challenges, so making sure that I am very organized at all times is critical. Every day, I spend my day providing support to Independent Sales Offices, walking them through reports, complaints, and data, answering questions, and helping them with their operations from the back end while staying in constant contact with my team, manager, and Field Operations, making sure that I provide as much support as possible. My days are typically long and very busy, which I enjoy.

What do you like most about working at Credico?
I appreciate that we can implement and effectuate change within our departments, on our campaigns, and even on a company-wide level. At Credico, we have the opportunity to be heard, and our management truly recognizes and plays to our strengths.

What would you like to ask our CEO?
Do we or will we have more opportunities in the near future to expand into other countries or continents (specifically Europe)?

Can you share the best career or life advice you’ve received?
Always advocate for yourself in all things.

How do you spend your time when you’re not working?
When I’m not working, I spend a lot of time cooking, traveling, reading, or doing other activities (typically cultural), where I can continue expanding my mind because I love learning.

If you could have dinner with anyone (and we mean anyone), who would it be and why?
If I could have dinner with anyone, I would have dinner with my grandmother. When I was a child, I spent a lot of time with her, and she was a very interesting person. She passed away when I was 11. Now, as an adult, I have so many questions I’d love to ask her about herself, from an adult’s perspective, to learn more about her.
